A few useful details
How do credits work?
Credits support Upbiz research. A run may find several useful recommendations or none. Included monthly credits expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. Your account’s Credits & billing page shows your balance and history.
When can I invite my team?
Invitations require an active Grow or Scale plan. Team remains visible on Free and Start with an upgrade link. Preview trials and legacy access do not bypass this requirement.
What happens to my team if I downgrade?
Existing members keep their access. You can remove members or revoke invitations on any plan. Sending, resending and accepting new invitations requires Grow or Scale.
How does Network billing work?
Scale supports a Business workspace and one optional Network on the same billing account, sharing credits. Independent Business accounts have their own plans and balances.
