• Sponsored Solutions: Service providers may pay to feature their solutions within relevant challenges.
• Subscription Services: Additional features may be available through a subscription service. Fees for these services will be clearly outlined on the platform.

User Responsibilities

• Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any sensitive information or private details of another user without their consent.
• No Guarantee of Results: Upbiz facilitates the connection between businesses and service providers, but we do not guarantee the results of any engagement or transaction.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between users should be handled professionally. While Upbiz may mediate disputes, we are not responsible for resolving conflicts between users.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, engage in illegal activity, or behave in a manner that harms the platform or its users. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees.

Liability

Upbiz provides a platform for businesses and service providers to connect. We are not responsible for the outcomes of engagements between users, nor are we liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
