User Responsibilities

• No Guarantee of Results: Upbiz facilitates the connection between businesses and service providers, but we do not guarantee the results of any engagement or transaction.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between users should be handled professionally. While Upbiz may mediate disputes, we are not responsible for resolving conflicts between users.
