I’m in the process of developing an MVP for a productivity tool aimed at small business owners. I’ve gathered feedback from several potential users, but the problem is that their suggestions and priorities are all over the place. Some want more integrations with existing tools, others focus on customization options, while a third group is more concerned with ease of use. With limited resources and time, I’m struggling to figure out how to prioritize which features to include in the MVP. I want to make sure the initial product resonates, but I can’t build everything at once. What’s the best way to prioritize features when user feedback is conflicting?
